Ricardo acts as the managing partner of Finprop and he has more than 20 years of experience in banking and investment management. Before Finprop, he founded inProp Capital LLP, a regulated investment management company focused on the interrelationship between real estate asset markets and the capital market. Ricardo has had $300 M worth of assets under management and has a PhD in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.

Hugo Velez

Managing Partner

Hugo is the founder partner and General Manager at Hipoges. Hugo has more than 25 years of experience in the Financial Sector and 20 in the Servicing Industry. Hugo has been involved on the establishment of Servicing platforms in different countries, including Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Greece and Italy. Before joining the Servicing Industry, he worked in the Banking industry, more specifically with securitization transactions. He has a Management Degree from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.

Claudio Panunzio

Managing Partner

Claudio Panunzio is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Hipoges. Claudio was one of the founding partners of Hipoges, back in 2008, initially focusing on investment advisory activities. Claudio is currently Managing Partner, responsible for Advisory, Compliance, Audit and Business Development Activities. Prior to Hipoges, Claudio worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and more recently at Lehman Brothers in the Structured Finance Division. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA from NYY – Stern.

Nuno Godinho

Director of Investments

With over a decade of experience in finance and audit, Nuno brings a wealth of expertise. Before joining FINPROP, he spent more than six years in financial roles at the BMW Group in both the UK and Portugal. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Portugal, specializing in the Real Estate and Audit departments for over four years. Nuno holds degree in Business Administration and Management. His strong academic background, combined with extensive industry experience, has made him a trusted leader in the sector.

Pedro Fernandez-Amatriain

Director

Pedro has c. 20 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance and investment banking. He has worked for firms such as Citi, Realza Capital and FTI Consulting. Prior to joining FinProp he worked as Director for CG Capital Europe, an independent boutique specialized in M&A and financing projects in the Real Estate sector. Pedro holds a business and administration degree in CUNEF and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IE).

Carina Rocha

Compliance Officer

Carina Rocha holds a degree in Law and has over 10 years of experience in Compliance, including the assessment and implementation of measures to prevent regulatory breaches, money laundering, and terrorist financing. She has held roles involving regulatory monitoring, information centralization, and coordination with competent authorities. She currently acts as the Compliance Officer at Finprop Capital SGOIC, S.A."

Nuno Rocha

Fund Accounting Manager

Nuno is the funds' accounting team Manager. He brings over 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and finance. Prior to joining Finprop, Nuno was an Audit Manager at PwC Portugal, where he spent nine years working with companies across a wide range of national and international industries. He holds a degree in Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Management Control from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP).

Sónia Costa

Fund Tax Coordinator

Sónia is responsible for the Tax team at Finprop. With over a decade of experience as a Certified Accountant, her expertise lies in accounting, taxation, and financial consulting, always guided by technical rigor and professional ethics. She supports companies across various sectors, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and contributing to informed and sustainable decision-making. Her commitment is to deliver tailored and effective solutions, fostering trust and supporting the growth of the businesses she advises, while ensuring a true and accurate representation of each company’s financial position under her responsibility. Sónia holds a Master’s degree in Auditing from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP).

João Santos

Legal Counsel

João Nuno Santos holds a Law degree and has around two years of experience in the field of Compliance, with a particular focus on the assessment and implementation of measures to prevent regulatory breaches, money laundering, and terrorist financing.
