In compliance with the company’s internal policies, FINPROP CAPITAL SGOIC, S.A. (“FINPROP”) provides this reporting channel for all interested parties to report or communicate suspicious facts related to FINPROP’s activity.
Through this link, you can send information on punishable issues or report unethical or illegal actions that violate internal policies or even current legislation, so that FINPROP can investigate and sanction actions that do not comply with these rules.
Reports can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if you prefer, completely anonymously. All reports are treated confidentially and securely.

Tracking your reports can be relevant for several reasons:
1) To check the status of your complaint to see if action is being taken.
2) To provide additional information regarding your report.
3) In case the system administrators ask you for additional information to help them resolve the problem or take appropriate action.

Finprop Capital SGOIC, S.A. has entered into a Protocol on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (“RAL”) with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (“Protocol”).
The Protocol applies to the resolution of disputes using RAL mechanism, whenever the participant is a non-professional investor and the dispute in question concerns the management of collective investment undertakings or additional and ancillary activities for which Finprop Capital SGOIC, S. A is authorised, and the amount in dispute does not exceed €30,000 (thirty thousand euros).
For the purposes of possible adherence to the RAL mechanism, the following Arbitration Centres shall be considered:
1) Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo da Região de Coimbra;
2) Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa;
3) Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Ave, Tâmega e Sousa;
4) Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto;
5) Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo;
6) Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem do Algarve;
7) Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo
